What does environmental professional liability insurance cover?

Professionals are held to higher standard than non-professionals. When a question of liability arises, any claim or allegation leading to a claim with respect to their business may result in a damaged reputation and financial destruction. Professional liability insurance provides coverage for claims made as a result of their negligent acts, errors or omissions in their performance of services to third parties. The product has no environmental exclusion and can provide cover for prior acts exposures.

Exclusions

No environmental, mould or asbestos exclusions

Legal

Broad duty to defend against suits, professional services includes services performed on your behalf, and worldwide coverage territory
